A cafe for people whose lunch break is one hour
Ketsyk is a bistro with a hot food line on Promyslova St. We built it for people who work nearby: in the offices, car services, factories and warehouses of this district. The main thing we serve is time saved.
How we do it
The food is not cooked after you order – it is already cooked and on the line. You see the plate, it is served right away, and the whole lunch takes 10–15 minutes, queue included. That is the only reason it is fast here.
Everything on the line was cooked the same day. Soups are made every morning; mains and sides are cooked in small batches through the day. Whatever is left does not reappear tomorrow – which is why there is a discount from 16:30 to 17:30.
The kitchen and the bakery are our own. The soups, sides, cutlets, pastry and cakes are all ours, so we know what is in every dish and can confirm ingredients in writing for schools and kindergartens.
